~Hiding in the shadows of my mind~

Maybe I want to escape this world, maybe I have already.
We all create our own worlds in our minds according to our perceptions. Living in your mind is no different from living in the actual physical world, your brain cant tell the difference between something physically real or something imagined. If its a dream or if it really physically happens your brain cant distinguish the difference either, so how do we know what is real or not? This means that we can create entire worlds in our minds and our brain wont be able to tell the difference from this created world to the actual physical world.
