Help !!!!!!!!

Luiz de Arruda from Metal Ostentation asked me to submit one of my pieces for "Metal Ostentation 12" so I sent him a high resolution image, with the logo ect. However it seems he was not happy with the way it looked and altered my image how he wanted it to look. He moved the writing around which he had to clone as it was a flattened jpg, and altered the lighting of the piece too. This is a huge insult to me, he has no right to alter my image. I have emailed him 4 times in the period of 6 days and he does not want to respond to me... He has the image posted here www.enclaverecords.cjb.net and he has also spelt my link incorrectly on the site. Im not sure what to do about this as he is avoiding me and its really bothering me that he has my altered picture on his site....Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can do????
